Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. I thought my money was safe using Paypal. They found in my favour in the dispute resolution system and advised me my money would be refunded. Today I was advised that it wasn't being refunded and to contact J E. So far, lots of unanswered calls!!!

I wouldn't advise anyone to buy anything from there, I ordered some stuff in mid May and started to get worried in mid June when nothing arrived. After almost three more months of struggle including contacting the distributors I finally got my money back since they for no apparent reason were unable to send the items. When I mentioned that I was prepared to go to court, something finally happened...

Very difficult to contact them by email or phone, answered probably once every 20th call and were not really nice when they answered.

Not a retailer of Gill anymore even if they claim it on their website...

Take my advise and buy things elsewhere!

Yes me to ,ordered an item on 15thAugust to be told no in stock but would give full refund,but am still waiting and they wont answer the phone

Why do I have to rate them as one star? They don't deserve a single star.

I placed an order with Youngs Boat Yard. Several weeks later I am without my goods. They refuse to answer the phone and I send emails daily. The only reply I get is:

Thank you for your email. Our office is now closed until 9.00am tomorrow morning. We will be able to respond to your enquiry then. Thank you.

Check around on other sites. I'm not the only one complaining. Exercise extreme caution prior to using them.

never ever spend your time whit lyers .order a outbord engine on finance give my deposit and wait for a month afther that i phone every day and is only lyes and lyes. i hope this men from youngsboatyard had a very bad live and is nose is like a pinokio.carlos silva
