I have used Tollgate Swedish Cars on a number of occasions for both servicing my Volvo car and for its' M O T when necessary. The service. That I have received has been exemplary and the work has been done swiftly and to an excellent standard.

Stafford Outdoor Leisure

I have dealt with Danny and Alistair regularly over the last 18 months following my online order of an outwell tent.

Having never visited their actual store i cannot comment on it, however what can comment on is their excellent customer service. They are great, when my outwell tent leaked on its first outing they collected it from me at their cost, liased with outwell, kept me well informed throughout the process and delivered a new tent to my door.

The new tent also leaked on its first outing and again they collected it and swiftly dealt with the situation for me and i received a replacement tent as soon as they received the go ahead from outwell.

They were always helpful, friendly, and responded to any queries i had. They also bothered to contact me even when they hadn't got any news just to reassure me they were still dealing with it and hadn't forgotten me.

Can't recommend them highly enough. Am very happy to use them for any further purchases even though they are miles away from me and i have many local tent stores within easy reach of home.
