She told me 3 times that my order would be ready at certain time but was not ready when i called to enquire she gave attitude and argued told me to come and collect it after shes had it for a week. If she coldnt do it she should say
NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!

chips hard and dry, seemed like they were rewarmed. complained but fobbed off. i have had to include a star rating, as there is not a zero rating I have had to press 1 star they will get no more business from me and my family and friends.

Rotherham Glass & Glazing Ltd.

I have never been into a glass factory like this. Firstly on arrival you walk into the yard and there's is no safety pathways to the entrance of the building lorry a and vehicles parked anywhere no thought of safety fullstop. Secondly I was greeted by a office lady argueing with a work colleague,swearing and shouting. No sign of any safety footwear when I asked about my windows I was shown no intrest wot so ever and I believe there the professionals. I was then asked to wait for my glass 600x600 for the green house and had to wait 25 mins because the staff was on the phone and the other was outside breaking old windows up and said he was not cutting it. I.e not his job he replied. I then got my glass and the staff in the office never even offered me a sorry or anything. I then phoned and asked to speak. To the manager and was told she would ring me back still waiting 3 weeks later. I wil be using another local company as from now on
