Mark Stephens Furniture Ltd

We ordered bespoke bedroom cabinets from Mark Stephens costing £9500. They were due to be installed one month ago. During this time, we have had no contact with him. Mark Stephens has £4000 of our money and has now completely disappeared. He NEVER answers the telephone, and we have had no updates or information regarding our order. Our only option now is to recover our money through the courts.

Forever Flowering

Appalling experience with so called bespoke luxury service. Ordered flowers for avery special occasion and they put wrong address on delivery note. Flowers have never been received and the rudest customer service ever and emails requesting refund are being ignored....so disappointed and never ever again

John Rich Architects

Terribly incompetent, John Rich uses students and family & did not appear to be trying to get planning permission. I since discovered from builders & other architects that John Rich is well known in his strategy to take fees without delivering. A terrible experience, John Rich should be disqualified.
