Took my car in to Kwik Fit Potters Bar for a flat tyre replacement. My car isn't very old and my alloys were in perfect condition. The fitter and whoever quality checked the job damaged my alloy badly, resulting in a refurb required. I was told "these things happen". I think not. Even if my car was a shed, I'd expect them to treat it with respect, as it's someone else's (a paying customer) property.
