These reviews are unjustified - i have used Minty Beds for a number of years for by Let properties - always deliver on time and always found them great to deal with and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else..

Unfortunately I had an awful experience which included lack of customer service, unprofessionalism and damaged furniture and property. I would not do any future business with them.

Minty Bed Warehouses Ltd.

Absolute useless lot. Easy to buy but from then no customer service at all. Constantly had to chase, never knew when delivery till half hour before. And certainly not the week delivery promised more like 3. Go somewhere else not worth the hassle. Customer service don't want to know so no way to complain / canc order,

Rocking Horse

The Rocking Horse Agency takes advantage of vulnerable mothers. We looked for a nanny in an emergency situation. We paid the agency a £475 fee for a permanent part-time nanny who decided after less than 6 weeks that she didn't want to work anymore because parking in our area was too difficult for her. The agency neither refunded us any part of the agency fee, nor felt responsible to find us another nanny. A hoax!

Very bad delivery - waited for nearly two months for the bed to be delivered, only to be told that the store doesn't know when it will arrive!

They tried to charge me so so much when I wanted to re-glaze my designer sunglasses, got them eventually done very cheap in Camden Stables Market. Very nice range of glasses but far too expensive.
