C R M Groundworks

I found Mr Miles to be unprofessional and downright rude. He made some big mistakes and would not take complete responsibility for them, then bodged the work to fix the problems. Ended up costing me a lot of money. Would NOT under any circumstances recommend him.

Paul Cameron Sandel

Paul Sandel has just completed a demolition and re-build of our home for us and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I value his straight forward and honest approach, his communication is excellent and he has a wealth of experience and proven contracts he brings to the job. His team are hard working, polite and easy to have around, they even make their own tea! He has made what can be an overwhelming and stressful process enjoyable along the way.

Charter Travel

Charter Travel is one of the worst Travel Agents I have ever dealt with. They are keen to secure new business, but this is lost when the booking is made, calls are not always returned and they keep you waiting for responses. The t@c specifically states that customer service s paramount and if their employee makes a mistake they will compensate. This s not the case and they just try and fob you off all the time, and so far no resolution has been reached. Would definitely not recommend.
