Birkby Construction Ltd.

Birkby build our house and the quality of the finishing and customer service when contacting them about snagging has been appalling. Corners have been cut on bathroom flooring that have not been rectified and both showers and the bath leaked and took nearly 12 months for Birkby to send back their cowboy tiler contractors to regrout. Avoid Birkby at all costs!

Time For You

We had high expectations of time for you. We were promised a top cleaner/ironing lady but when she failed to show up and we cancelled the contract we were talked into taking another one on. When she turned up a week later she said she did not do ironing. We cancelled again and asked for a refund. That was 5 months ago and we have been unable to get a response to our refund request/complaint from either Kathrine B. (Time for you Maidstone) or their Head Office. We have chased 24 times but not a peep. Don't go there as they are only interested in taking your money and when things go wrong ignore you!

Invicta Grammar School

Do not send your child to this school, I deeply regret doing so. They care only about their rank in the league tables and nothing about the welfare and happiness of the students.

If you skim off the cream of pupils and put them all into one school of course the exam results will be higher than anywhere else but this does not make it a good school!!!

Birkby Construction Ltd.

Birkby built our house, but unfortunately failed to solder a gas pipe in the kitchen, causing a gas leak. They refused to pay for the repairs to fix it, despite a visit from GasSafe and having promised to do so. Very poor.
