If you go into this shop in the earlier hours of the day as I have occasionally when passing through on my way to work, then expect nothing but attitude from behind the counter. I've never encountered such an obnoxious member of staff in a shop before in my life. Things became far worse though when I stopped there one afternoon to withdraw some money in the post office. As I was standing in the queue, I was sickened by the things being said by the shop counter staff to customers regarding the owners of another local shop. It was layered with profound racism and slurs, telling people not to go near the shop. Business is business, competition is competition, but there is no place for the racist comments being made and joked about with some of the other customers in the shop. I have since found out that the other shop in question provides cash-back and newspapers/magazines etc, in the future I will be going to them instead.
