I had to do 1 star which I am not happy about I agree with Ian above shocking service overseas trying to tell me they do not have a contact no for Luton REALLY package due for delivery Monday 8th did not turn up due today did not turn up, called 6 times e=mails sent to Luton no phone calls back manager should have called me back after their phone call at 6.50pm but I had to call back at 7.30pm took 15 mins to get through further 5 mins to speak to a manager to say Im sorry Luton is now shut
If you can PLEASE DO NOT USE UPS LUTON :(
