Kingavon

I have a Kingavon rechargeable 1,000,000 candle power quartz halogen spotlight of which the charger i broke a good while back. I would like to obtain a new one. Is there a website (Kingavon!!) or some other place I could obtain a brand new one. Also could I keep recharging from the 12 volt cigarette lighter plug if I fail to get the above item?

This is a very strange organisation, e-mails are not answered and it must be the only company on the planet who's telephone number is out of order for weeks on end. I am trying without success to locate a part for an item they once marketed. Like the previous contributor Andy C I am dissappointed with you lack of customer service. I dont have a problem with cheap Chinese goods as long as they work and spares can be obtained, but I do object to having to junk a perfectly servicable item because a small part is unavailable. Perhaps you have gone into liquidation and bankruptcy and the world has not yet found out. If that is not the case please contact me without delay.....I NEED YOU ASSISTANCE. Thank you

first of all the phone no is wrong so if you need to speak to someone you cant, i have purchased two of their large stove effect fires in the last two years and both have broken and they dont sell the part, so dont waste your money on these very poor quality items.

Absolutely terrible. Didn't seem to know what they were doing and took advantage. Didn't fix my car properly had to return to a different garage. Very disappointed.
