Failed to supply a coach to pick up wedding guests. Guests had to make their own way to the venue.
The company was also booked to supply a coach that evening for 53 people. Promised to make amends.

Then failed to supply the correct size coach. Instead sent two coach...

My car was given back to me with the wrong replacement bumper, poor body panel repairs and a blemished respray paint job. After three attempts my car (only two years old at the time) has a paint job that doesn't match. Don't expect more than 'minimum acceptable commercial standard'...
