Purchased a new washing machine today. Excellent staff in the store, could have easily pointed me to the most expensive but let me make my own mind up and gave assistance when requested. Item delivered when they said they would, installed, checked and put through a short cycle to make sure all was well. Took old machine away. Could not fault on price or service. Highly recommended.

The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and insulting, not unlike Basil Fawlty but minus the sense of humour. I concluded that if he was the frontman for the firm then I would look elsewhere.

The work might have been good but they need to sharpen up on their approach to customers.
