Really poor customer care, a lack of communication and a highly defensive company.
Told a deposit would allow the company to start the process of supplying kerb stones to an existing grave only to be told some weeks later (when I visited the store to ask for an update of the work) was informed that the entire £1600+ was required up front before any order was initiated.
We were told that the order/work would be completed within 12 weeks, this did not happen. No one bothered to inform us of a delay and in fact when I rang the store some 12 weeks later was told that the kerb stones had only just "virtually" arrived.
The key reason I would not recommend this company is due to the fact that they had promised both in writing and during a telephone call that we would get 7 days notice that the work would commence. We made it clear that this was important to us as we had to clear the grave. Due to the fact that they did not bother to inform us that the work was to be carried out the workmen were actually at the Cemetery on the same day as another family member's funeral. Distressed, my brother rang the shop to tell them that the work had to stop until after the funeral had finished and was met with total rudeness and arrogance stating, "first you wanted the work done and now you don't" and that the Cemetary employees were to blame for not informing them! No apology, no empathy and no sense of responsibility for the upset caused. Instead they simply placed blame on the Cemetery staff for not informing them that a funeral was taking place the same day as the work. Had they have rung, as promised, this situation would not have occurred. We are deeply upset and angry at this Company and hope that no one else is treated with such contempt as we were!

very slow , took for ever , very rude replies , could not tell us when it would be ready , forgot to tell us that the inscription should include dates , ordered the date writing on the grave stone 5 months ago and the full fee paid (£230) , called today and spoke to reception, but i was told , we are not sure , when we can do it.
its the last thing you want after losing a loved one , to deal with uncertainty , and that's what they are .
