I am very disappointed with the lack of service provided by haven holidays. I was instructed by staff on site to air my views online which I opted to request contact from haven within a few days my first request was Sunday 12th October, 2nd attempted via same online site was issued Thursday 16th. I received an email from haven asking for feedback on my stay, laughable given fact that I have expressed my concerns and still no contact from haven. Now Sunday 19th cot and after submitted 3 separate complaints requesting contact I have lost all faith in a company I holiday with several times a year.

I'm trying to send this to head office
About seaview park weymoth
We'll I wish I has stayed at Weymouth bay as we normally do
I payed over £200 for a upgraded caravan Friday to Monday I was so disappointed when we first saw the caravan right next to the bins cigarette ends everywhere by the steps to the door in the caravan wasn't much better dirty work tops grease dirty pillow cover cobwebs.
The was all of bird mess over the door a windows I understand we are at the seaside but got the impression it had been there some time. There was big over grown weeds grouting out the gutting of the van. There was a dog mess bin right by us that was full Saturday and overflowing Monday.
I did bring up a few issues on Saturday at 10am ish the girl said she would look into it but didn't get a phone call till 3.40 when we was out for the evening. She did offer another van but we was out wasnt convent. All the issues shouldn't of happend in the first place. Also to add we booked some hire goods and I rang days before hand to say we no longer needed them when I got to the van items were in there this was around 5.15-5.30 I rang up was told theory would be picked up ASAP waited in till 9.30pm know one come to collect them.
All I would say about this park is it needs a good clean up very dated I have had better standerd caravans

Me and my husband took the kids haggerston castle but it is not what it says on the internet and there was support to be two swimming pools one in and one out but there is only one inside and when we first arrived here there was no one to greet us we just had to look about and then it told you where to go and then collect your welcome pack from the main reception and they don't even go over it with you just hand it over and all the outside activities all close at 5 pm and the pool at 6 pm so not much for the kids to do at night except go to the amusments which ain't great we didn't like the shower blocks because we felt they were unsafe because there was not unti slip mats and things missing some shower curtains were missing and no seats to put anything so all you stuff get wet my oldest daughter slipped in the shower and hurt her ankle and back so we filled a injury report my husband went to the office on site and wanted to see the person in charge the girl on the desk told me she was not availible I then phoned head office she told me to go back to the office then an hour later no reply from them so i phoned safety officer

Myself and my family have been holidaying for 9 years all over the UK and Wales with haven, we have always been treated exceptionally well and have found haven parks and staff to be of the highest standard and quality, we stayed in devon cliffs this year and last year and we found it was by far our favourite of all the parks we visited. I would like to thank haven and their crew for helping my family to create many many wonderful memories. If I was to offer one suggestion to the haven team it would be to reward loyal customers like myself with a loyalty card entitling loyal customers to deals or freebies for their valued custom.

I went to haven site at st Lenard's Hastings over the Easter weekend with my two grandchildren they were really excited and love their caravan holidays hadn't been to a haven before. We booked in they seemed really lovely and I Thought this will be great. We had something to eat which was fine. Went and found our delux caravan that is what I paid for nearly four hundreds pounds for three nights four days.the caravan was old had no carbon detector or fire detector which I thought were standard. The first day I phoned reception and said we have no hot water we will get someone out to you straight away. I phoned the next day to say nobody has come they were very sorry and sent someone out with two little ones it wasn't easy. I told them also that the to opener did not work they would send one down it didn't turn up. We loved the site because it isn't to big but I do think if you are paying good money you should have a decent caravan. Please get back to me and let me know if you think this is good enough. I have been to any other caravan parks and have never complained before. Thanking you I did send a registered letter with a letter of complaint into the site at st.lennards but haven't heard anything.

we have been going to haven the last 7 to 8 yrs now i take my mom and dad has they are not well enough to go on there own.My dad fel in one of the caravan dew to poor lighting we told the people there but they did not seem to want to know our power went off 3 times it tripped i would have thought they would have moved us has the caravan was dangerous, they left it till the morning to sort it out,if there was a short like they said makeing it trip it could have cought fire.We made a complaint on our departure they loged it in to a book.My dad was not well for about 2 weeks when we got home we ended up taking him up the hospitil they ran some tests for a few weeks they all came back clear,so it must have been the bad fall he had.We went again to haven they gave us the same caravan i told them we dont want that one, they said it has been done, there were two lights that were a bit brighter but still was bad lighting because they were little spot lights.ALSO out side we all neally fel over has out side our caravan there were no rd lights it was pitch black and we had to put the head lights on the car so my mom and dad could go in the caravan safely
we went 28 may till 1st june burnham on sea 2012
