Totally hopeless and do not answer phone. I have tried to ring them a few minutes ago and no-one is picking up.
They have even failed to deliver my driving licence since 16/12/2014...

I made a mistake. I admit it. I posted an envelope at Elmsleigh Road and forgot to put the address postage label on it. Realised the mistake that same evening so put the label with a note on into the same letter box: "Please put on my large white package and post for me. Thanks." Did they? ...

DON'T BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY AT ALL, one of the employees booked us wrong dates and she didn't take any responsibility we have lost more thank £700 and she didn't even apologies, in addition I have been waiting my refund for nearly 3 months and I didn't receive any till now. if you want to LOOSE...

We had booked flights with Cruxton Travel several times without problems. The last time however the flight needed to be cancelled, and this took a long time and much back-and-forth correspondence. We will NOT use Cruxton again....

If your expecting service DONT BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY WITH CRUXTON. I had to call over 27 times in a month just to hear the same thing over and over. Much better travel agents out there!!...
