Yesterday, on check out, we used the family discount card allowing 10% off . Just to be sure swiping it had worked we asked an assisant to check validity. We were assured quite curtly and dismissively that it had gonre through.

Excellent, great help from Pennine during the choosing my windows. The fitters were great, very tidy and could not have been more polite and helpful. They came back and fixed a minor problem with a broken handle straight away. very pleased....
