Juniper Kennels
Now I tried phoning Adam on several occasions leaving my phone number on the answer phone, to which I got no reply. I wanted to find out how he was, as there was a lot of building work going on and therefor a lot of noise. So when it came for the time to pick him up I was left in limbo as when to go. So as I arrived at Juniper, Adam(owner) was on his way out as I pulled into his drive. He came over asked what I wanted, I said the dog and he said he doesn't have time to get me the dog, so as it goes on, he runs to the kennels, comes back throws the dog at me, who is shaking, filthy and scared, runs back to get the cage and food, then said that he has to go now, well not without taking payment from me. We have this on the phone camera as the children were playing with it in the car. It will be uploaded to YouTube as soon as the dogs owners come back, also a complaint into the RSPCA about the conditions.
Please to anyone thinking of using Juniper Kennels, think again!! These folk shouldn't be allowed to look after their own dogs, as they surely can't look after someone else's......

Juniper Kennels
WHY????? All because we as caring and responsible owners decided after some research to place him in the care of Juniper Kennels whilst we took our annual holiday for a week.
On the day we dropped our dog off at the kennels, i informed the owner that he had a very small area of exczema on his face which is a regular thing for our dog. We have always managed such areas with an antibacterial solution. The solution and cleaning cloths were handed over to the kennel owner with his reasurrance that he would maintain and clean the very small area as instructed. We also informed him that should he need to then he had our permission to contact our vet if he was worried at all.
On our return from holiday, we were excited to be picking up our dog. Imagine our horror when we did!! Our poor dog was filthy. So much so the full impact of what lay beneath the dirt was only evident when we got him home and showered An emergency appointment to the vets was arranged. Our vet was mortified at what she found.. Our dog is now recovering slowly .. We will never again use Juniper kennels. So that i could submit this review i had to give it a star rating!!! If i could i would give it below 1!!!
