I have found my dealings with True Telecom to be helpful and professional. The network speed isn't particularly fast so if you're sending large files this can take a while. However given that it's a budget broadband solution I am pleased with the service overall....

True was originally recommended to me by a friend, and I have since recommended them to 3 friends also with small businesses. In the rare times we've had any issues with broadband reception or phone lines, they have been very quickly resolved even when the problem was not on True's side.

I have been with True Telecom for 12 months on their business broadband package. Installation went really smoothly the engineer came and installed my router and did some tinkering with the phone box, and True text me when my broadband was ready to be used. I'm amazed at how quick the internet works...
