First of all i have been with Northern Rock for many years maybe 20 plus.It would great to see online banking as many people will tell you it makes better control of monies.
For instance i went to buy a coffee today the 7th of Sep 2013 and was declined.I had to ring the office find out what was going with funds in my account.Online banking would work far better.

I know there was many bad things happened in 2008 and Northern Rock/Virgin money nearly went under with De Rothschild bankers stealing all the cash and creating the so called austerity in our country.

I would like the people to take charge of the monies in our country not these robbers in control of our money worldwide.
Overall the girl i spoke to was good and dealing with the Geordie girl was better.Thats my report over all good.NKennedy.
