I have the same concerns as others regarding Lomotil no longer being available. I have been taking for over 5 years for IBS and alternatives which have been prescribed, just do not have so good an effect. Please tell me it will be available again soon.

Goldshield Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

I have been taking Lomotil for IBS for the last 5 years and now my pharmacist says it is unavailable. I have now been prescribed Mebeverine which is worse than useless. Why is Co-Phenotrope no longer available? I'm not at all happy as there seems to be no alternative that works.

I have IBS and when my stomach is really bad LOMATIL is the only thing that helps...Imodium is useless...
When I put my repeat prescription in I was told they stop to manufacture this drug and gave my Imodium...is this true...I am in panic mode...

I have been prescribed 125mcg Eltroxin levothyroxine Sodium
when I went to get repeat I was told boots pharmacy cannot get 25mcg as they are not being produced anymore & the 50mcg can,t be cut in half,, please advice as one can,t live a productive life without the meds.
Generic Levothyroxin do not agree with me as I have tried them,, Thank you

I have been on Co-Phenotrope tablets, previously known as Lomoti, for 47 years. These are vital to me to ensure a good nights sleep with an ileostomy. My GP, who provides my medication from his dispensary tells methat these are no long available. Could you explain what is happening, please

Goldshield Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

I have been on Goldshield 25mg. tablets for a number of years but now I am unable to obtain them from either my local chemist or a number of other paharmacies in my area. What is the reason? If it is cost then I would ask my GP for a private prescription and have them sent to me. Please advise?

Goldshield Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

I was prescribed 'Goldshield' Levothyroxine 25microgram tablets approximately 3 years ago. Up until recently I had no problem getting them from my local Boots, Lloyds, MedicX and an other local chemist. Now over the last 3months I cant get them! Can you tell me why? The chemists'want to give me Eltroxin. I have read such bad results of awful 'side-effects'I dont want to take them. I have been told that the suppliers to my local area (Wirral) do not stock the 'Goldshield' Levothyroxine 25mcg.Why is this? Can you tell me where I can go with my prescription to get the tablets I need.
