Don't touch this company.

Climatised Coatings assured us of a good looking, water tight protective coating guaranteed for 10-years:

"The Company will guarantee that the material allied will not flake, chip or peel for a period of not less than 10 years."

Climatised Coatings will not even visit the location to see the problem...

The coating has split all over my 40 cubed building & has held the water against the building creating internal damage & the paint is just pealing off; leaving the building looking uncared for.

We alerted the company to problems during the works & then when our fears became reality, 8 months later to date; they have done nothing & now Mr V Barlow has the audacity to suggest that we have invalidated their guarantee by fitting new water pipes...!

Interesting considering he has not visited the property.

Don't touch these guys; they have no care, no pride in their work; just a wish to take & take they do...

1st class customer service , all at the right price !We have visited many motorcycle shops over the uk but bill smith motors simply stood out regarding customer service and prices which is simply one of the key factors that are so important these days.The choice of bikes,clothing,special offers etc was very good indeed making this one of our favourite bike shops/businesses in the uk .If your after a bike and visiting the Tarvin Road Branch in Chester then ask for dave ( tell him loz from MaxsoundCarAudio Uk sent you ) as the customer service here is impeccable !Cheers chaps and see you all very soon .
