Midland Tattoo Centre

I have been going to the center for 2 years as a regular customer (having a full back piece by Lee McMahon, paying him a total of £2000!!! Whilst I am happy with the tattoo I am sick of their terrible customer service I have received.

Many of my appoints have been cancelled, most of which I was not informed of until I arrived for the tattoo. Staff of openly rude about customers, and show little respect for them. Staff Waste time during the tattoo: including, smoking, having their dinners, constantly texting and on the phone, and on a few occasions drinks alcohol!

Staff make no apologizes for cancelling appointments.
On my latest visit: the center was closed, even though I rang several times to confirm the appointment and change the time for make it easier for the tattooist. I was not contact to be informed of this. when calling the day after I was lied to being informed the tattooist was there and I missed him (he was not as I waited for 2 hours to check I had the wrong time!!!)

I received no apology for this and when asking for my deposit back I was refused even though they cancelled the appointment.

I have now taken my business else where and do not recommend midlands tattoo center to anyone!!! whilst the staff are good at tattooing they have no regard for their customers!!!

Midland Tattoo Centre

Bloody Brilliant! I am thrilled to bits with my tattoo, everywhere I go people ask where I had it done!
The whole experience was fab, very friendly, my tattooist was 20 mins behind, but apologised, then spent ages with me discussing my design, then perfecting it, before beginning my tattoo! The atmosphere was great, friendly banter among the artists and other customers, I loved it. I will definitely be going back! ????

Midland Tattoo Centre

I have numerous tattoos, all done at midlands tattoo centre, except 1. I foolishly went elsewhere, assuming like an idiot, that other artists would be as good. Wrong what a disaster from a tattooist in Wolverhampton. Midlands tattoo, lasered it for me, then covered it with a beautiful tattoo, they are simply the best, lasering hurts! Trust me on that. I will never go anywhere else ever again, I highly recommend this studio. If your getting a tattoo, you won't have to go through the pain of lasering! Perhaps Simon A could have asked for privacy? I've seen plenty of other people do so, they have privacy screens, usually only required by people having tattoos done in private places, as for the fact that many people were in and out? Err hello? It's popular for a reason! A tattooist that has no one walk through the door should be avoided in my opinion!

Midland Tattoo Centre

I have many tattoos, all done by Kev Shercliff at midlands tattoo Centre. I have always found Kev and the other artists to be friendly, polite and professional. The studio and equipment are clean, new needles are always opened in front of the customer, gloves are always worn. Yes sometimes the artists are behind schedule, hardly a reason to risk, being scarred for life by someone potentially less talented. I think a £40 deposit is perfectly reasonable, as artists are booked up weeks in advance and the current economic situation, means what seemed like a great idea in November, may be unaffordable in January! A deposit is only part of the total cost! Not an added extra. A tattoo is for life, it should be a good one! I would never go anywhere else!

Magna Metals Ltd

I ordered two MkIII Large Lasers and four MkII Medium Lasers from Magna Metals and mounted them on my Hunchback 4P. They performed well for me in combat versus the Draconis Combine and I had no issues with excessive heat or the lasers not reaching their full range, which I have had trouble with when I bought from cheaper brands. Delivery was prompt via first-class DropShip and I feel I got great value for money out of this purchase. I will also keep an eye out for their pulse lasers in future after my good experience with their standard lasers. Would recommend!

Chase Car Sales Ltd.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Visited there on Sunday, my car recently broke and needed something cheap and cheerful to tide me over. As soon as the 'salesman' realised we wouldn't be spending much over £1000 he could hardly be bothered to speak to us and when he did he was incredibly rude. If your looking to spend more you may get a more smiley service or in fact someone who is just not rude but I would never trust someone so unprofessional, with such little integrity who knows what else they could be up to. I start work as a doctor at a local hospital in the next few months and you can be assured I will never visit this place again and would advise other people to stay clear too!

John Craddock Ltd.

on the 2/8/12 brought re condtioned steering box which was faulty they sent another one which is faulty so if i was you dont buy from john craddocks twice fitted could of brought a new one for the time we have wasted but they think its not there problem hopefully third time lucky it will work and will not pay for us to go and get it fitted,running my own business all i can say is thank god i do not treat my customers in that manner, will say do not use them!!!!!!

I booked an appointment after reading reviews and checking their website,Wow looked great,so off i went and when there the guy was blase "oh yes we can do that,i`ve just come back from a tattoo convention heres a few pics" (literally flicking them in front of my face and putting them away).
I suppose the alarm bells should have rang then,but they asked for a £40 deposit as this would pay for my last session.So i booked and was given a date,this was not my first tattoo i have had several so i knew what to expect....so i thought.I turned up on the day was left for an hour and half before my appointment in the waiting room,when a tired looking woman walked in did`nt even acknowledge me and said "is this my appointment?" well excuse me.So i was called into a room where there was plenty of effing and jeffing,the girl barely grunted at me to sit down and then spent 15mins putting on the stencil then taking it off etc before deciding she needed to check her phone again for the 7th time in between moaning how tired she was.
Eventually she started the tattoo but was too busy calling the guy next to us a faggot,In between that people were walking in and out looking over at people being tattooed,while this was going on the girl was constantly checking her phone,then decided to stop cuz she needed a coffee,i was getting a little pissed off by this time,so eventually after 2 hours( i was promised 3,i don`t think an hour and half in the waiting room counts) i was told thats enough for today and that is £80 book for 2 weeks put some bepanthen on.
So afraid at losing my £40 deposit i booked,now forward a week i rang up and i could not make the appointment for financial reasons and was told i could`nt have my £40 as it was non refundable(not mentioned beforehand) and that it would be kept till i wanted to resume or something else done.
Ok i went to another tattooist when finances allowed and in 2 hours she did a geishi had a dragon, japanese artwork freehanded some of it in and outlined half a sleeve,it looks amazing and in total she charged £60 and is halfway now to completing my sleeve,it was private where i had it done no gobby chavs wandering in looking over my shoulder and the artist was willing to have a conversation and never touched her phone till the end where she asked if she could take a photo for her portfolio.
I will NEVER EVER USE OR RECOMMEND midland tattoo centre,i found it unprofessional,intimidating rude and it seemed like they wanted to drag out the work for the money,customer service was not high on the agenda.They are not ami james,chris garver or kat von d that they seem to think they are,they can keep my £40 and shove it where the sun don`t shine.
