Poppies (Farnborough)

We had a quite terrible experience with Poppies. We were excited after a great introductory session at our home by the local manager Kate. However, when the cleaners arrived, they were rather surly and went out half way through for a smoke break. They left early without me noticing and I looked around the house to find the carpets still unhoovered, the washing up had been done but left in piles (I am disabled so unable to put them in the cupboards myself, partly the reason for having the service), they hadnt washed the floors as requested. In essence, I'd paid nearly £100 to have some washing up done and one hallway vaccuumed. I took photos and emailed the office to ask why the clean hadn't been completed and was told simply that the cleaners hadn't had enough time and that Poppies would no longer clean at our home. Quite stunning. There were two cleaners in our home for 1.5hrs each and could only manage washing up/one hallway clean. I've had great success with cleaners in the past and only changed as we were in new area. Our lone cleaner managed less work in 2 hours. I strongly advise not using this company. Over priced, unfriendly and incompetent cleaners.

Hawley Equestrian Centre

I have ridden at Hawley for several years. I learnt a lot as when I first went I couldn't even canter, but now I can canter and jump. The horses that they have are lovely too ride and are well mannered when out hacking and in the school. It Is just a bit over priced nodays for what you pay somewhere else.

Hawley Equestrian Centre

I took a lesson there, learning to canter. The instructor was very professional. Gave me lots of individual attention and several good tips on how to catch on the the rhythm of the gait more quickly. --Kathryn

Sandhurst Group Practice

I have no problem with the Doctors at Sandhurst Group Practice and have always found them helpful and attentive; however, the practice is hugely let down by the reception staff.
Myself, and others, have found them to be unhelpful, rude, disorganised and obstructive in everything from trying to make an appointment to discussing delicate matters. It is cause enough to move practices.
