Terrible service. Brought in by insurance company to carry out repair work following flooding. Delayed starting several times, ended up sending one guy for half a day who was then 'sick' for the rest of the week. Very slow progress and seemed to cause lots of problems for themselves and additional damage to our property, but complained about us having to high standards (they weren't, we just expected a proper job). Eventually were kicked off the job by insurance company.

A huge disappointment. Repeated rescheduling of start dates and very poor communication. I am still waiting for the job to be finished. My floor was ripped up and then left for what will have been a couple of weeks. Nails sticking up out of the floor and broken tiles everywhere. They seem very disorganised with workmen turning up and then realising they aren't being paid enough for the job and so leaving. Incredibly unprofessional.
