Yesterday evening I went to Fishponds Post Office on my way home from work - arriving at 5.20pm only to be told that they had closed the gates as "they were too busy".
I was not at all impressed and hope that this will not be repeated this evening.
Many of us work full time and can only go on the way home from work. If the opening hours are until 5.30pm then I expect to be able to get in!!
