Italian Vice Consulate

No opening hours, had to try numerous times over number of days before phone was answered. Told have to go to London to renew my Italian passport but also to pay CASH to renew it (& another trip to London) every year..with today's technology...WHY????
I am also furious with the Consulate in London as documents pertaining to my child's adoption, which were sent Registered post, have not been dealt with and, I suspect, have been lost. I was given incorrect advice by the previous Vice Consul (NOT Vittorio) , who pushed me towards getting expensive legal advice in this matter, wheras the legal department in London told me there was no problem with this matter....what a shame they then failed to deal with registering the child. HOPELESS!

I have been going here now for about a year and I would never go anywhere else now!

The guys their are amazing and always listen to what you want (which is rare, as I have been to other salons before who say they are listening... but their not)

I used to live closer to the salon, but now I live in Maypole and I'm still willing to travel their!

Shocked to read this store is closing, I am sorry, it seems as if it has always been there. I have always been able to find what I want and the staff have always given good advice. Hope it isn't closing.

Italian Vice Consulate

This a hopeless Kafkeresque opportunity to be completely baffled by Italian hospitality and open-ness. It does not exist. There are no opening hours for the Consulate and no-one answers the phone. They are on holiday all the time. A complete waste of time and space. What is this country about!!

Pandora, Bullring

awful staff, rude inconsiderate apparently they are a franchise by THBAKER! clearly don't train their staff as they had zero interest in me when i asked for gift wrap they said they didn't do it though it was clearly on show behind the till and gave me a charm which i said was a present in a pathetic little cardboard box never shopping there again!

Trying to speak a member of staff since last two weeks on the telephone but no body bother to pick the phone number.
Very difficult to things done. The rating should be zero but the is no zero star.

Rashid Bros

Went to this place a few days ago. Was welcomed very badly by a "BRO" who greets by a shake of his head, "BRO" seems to think he is hood rat or a member of a gang.

When i was explaining to the "BRO" what materials i neeed he seemed more intrested in talking to another gang member on his mobile phone. When the "BRO" eventualy got off his mobile to "BIGGIE" he told me to place my order quickly as "BLOOD MAN'S GOT TINGZ TO DO "

This place is a joke!

I just rang this company and after explaining what I was looking for the person on the other end of the phone was so rude and then shouted he didnt speak english and then put the phone down!!! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Excellent service, never had any problem with glasses or contact lenses from Mr Mason. The eye tests and examinations are all very in-depth,for myself and my son. My husband who is diabetic receives exceptional care.
We have been to many opticians over the years and although glasses are a little expensive at Masons, the choice is good and it is worth knowledge that your eyes are being cared for by qualified caring health professionals, Thank you
