Found them difficult to contact. Toys R Us have wrong number for them which is the number in the manual. I contacted them eventualy and was received on the phone in what seemed like a very cloak and dagger way not in a proffessional but quizing manor. I was begining to wonder if there was something dodgy with this Company.
However, it turned out that once the young lady realised that I was just an enquiring purchaser of 2 of their mini cooper kiddie cars I found her knowledgable about the product and most helpful. My new battery arrived as promised and all is now well. So, dont be put off!
