Haven Kennels & Cattery

I took my dog here for two days and my dog came with extreme dehydration and severe diarrhea he had to be taken to the veterinary hospital for two days and was on a drip for the whole time the vet was shocked at how dehydrated he was and we where lucky his kidneys where not damaged. We where very distressed and feard the worst, I contacted the owner of the 'kennels' and be brushed me off as an inconvenience and told me i was over reacting and he was fine and I should not bother him again his whole attitude and manor where awful I was very distressed after the phone call. Please don't take your dogs and cats here I implore you.

Having lost trust in kennels for some years after my dog came from another kennels suffering from dehydration and diarrhea and spent two days in the vets being treated i was some what nervous in using another kennels again. After visiting I was put at ease and every detail of my dogs needs was asked and i was shown round the entire site and was very happy with what I saw especially the luxury kennel. Once i collect my dog i was relieved at how calm and healthy he was when I collected the staff told me he settled in well and was a joy to look after and how he enjoys all the extra exercise he had. I was so happy i can go away more often and not have to worry that he will end up in the vets again. I would recommend Wyncot kennels to anybody.

Epps Construction Ltd.

Very uncaring towards existing residents; their work caused extensive cracking to the walls and ceilings of my neighbouring house; they trespassed in my garden, broke my concrete path and ignored my correspondence about the damage they had caused. Didn't honour promise to pay my legal costs or to give me opportunity to instruct a surveyor at their expense. Hand in glove with the Croydon Churches Housing Association, which also couldn't care less about the damage. Worst of all, I believe the government is paying for this project ie you and me

Headcorn Parachute Club Ltd.

Booked this in for the 6th August 2012, Waited ALL day, dont even try say first come first serve as I was the first twat in your office, From my judgement the people whom purchase the £150 DVD got first priority! 4pm came and still waiting like a mug. NO ONE came and spoke to us so me and the others waiting like lemons had to approach a member of staff and ask what was happening. Was told the weather was to bad to jump. So after spending a whole day with the fmaily 2 kids under 5 spending money in the well over priced cafe I got the option to re book at the next available date. 24th November, Weather was bad so I called the centre at 08:00 no answer, Ok ill wait till after 09:00 again no answer! left 3 messages for Jane the director/manager to call back. No response. Calling all this week and called numerous times today, yep you guessed it, No answer! Emailed, No answer. OK, these must be closed down? Called the Headcorn Areodrome who confirmed that they was in and that they are alive. So obviously ignoring my calls. Called Virgin who again tried to call them whilst I was on hold and yep, they to got no answer. Looks like once they have redeemed your voucher for £325.00 they dont give a Sh#*t. Please dont waste your time and money on these lot. Not the first bad review either by the looks of things. Dont go down the same route guys. Stay well away!!!
