Some days he just didn't turn up.
Some days I had to "pay in advance" to finance another job I think!
I had to have the wet-room floor re-floored as it sloped outwards into extension.
No drainage for waste water.
Outside soakaway was not connected.
The walls re-tiled as the tiles were crooked.
ROOF LEAKED WITHIN A FEW MONTHS, (I HAVE PICTURES IF YOU'D LIKE TO SEE) AND A REPAIR BILL
